As each piece is handmade, small imperfections or natural variations in shape and color may occur – these make each scented wax melt an authentic unique item and are not a defect, but part of its artisanal character.

Soy wax naturally reacts to temperature fluctuations and can develop "frosting" (crystal formation). This is completely normal, does not affect the fragrance performance, and is not a reason for complaint. By purchasing, you accept these natural wax properties.
